A shipboard wedding may be a new experience for you, so we ask that you review the information below to ensure a stress free day for everyone.

Only invited wedding guests can board the ship

Boarding:   PLEASE be at the Pier at 10 a.m. We ask for all guests to be completely dressed and ready for the wedding when arriving at the cruise terminal. The check-in process for guests will begin once the ship clears customs.

We cannot stress enough how important it is that all guests arrive on time to insure Priority Boarding and allow ample time to prepare for the ceremony. Please keep in mind there are over 2000 people boarding the ship the same day as the wedding and the check-in process can take up to 30 minutes. Carnival provides special check-in assistance for wedding guests provided they arrive to the pier on time.  Our Wedding Guest Check-In Staff may not be available for those who arrive once general boarding has begun.  Therefore, all wedding couples and their guests must arrive on time to insure Priority Boarding and allow ample time for the Bride & Groom to prepare for the ceremony. You must be prompt!

The bride and groom submitted a guest list for all non-sailing guests including your names and date of birth.  You will need to provide your state issued photo ID at the time of check in, please have it available. You will leave your ID with security in the terminal and be given a guest pass to board the ship. Any wedding guest who fails to provide proper photo identification will be denied boarding.  All non-sailing guests must debark the ship immediately after the reception. When leaving the ship, you will need to redeem your ID in the ship’s terminal.

The Ceremony and Reception:   Guests are allowed to tour the ship and visit the many bars and shops until the wedding begins once boarding is complete. Please ensure that you are aware of the time that you need to be at the ceremony and that you know the location. Maps of the ship are available at the Information Desk.  Please be on time.  Delays on the part of the wedding couple and/or the wedding guests may result in limited ceremony or reception time.  All ceremonies are performed before the ship sails and all ceremony times are approximate and can be delayed due to unforeseen events.

We thank you for your support and for sharing in this special day.
