Carnival requires that we turn in the name and date of birth of each guest before the wedding, so please fill out the form and put your date of birth and the full name and date of birth of your plus-one in the notes section.

Plus-one's and children are NOT allowed unless you have already gotten permission. Those permitted to bring a plus-one will have their name "and guest" on the envelope of their invitation. Also, if you have any dietary restrictions please say so in the notes section. Thanks for taking the time to RSVP, and we can't wait to see you in Charleston!
