This is one of our favorite quotes of all time because it's so very true. The world is such a huge space and we are blessed with such a short time to enjoy as much of it as we possibly can. When we started to plan our wedding, we couldn't believe how outrageously priced weddings were! From the venue, to the food, and everything in between; thousands and thousands of dollars for one day. We decided that we just couldn't allow my parents to pour that much money into something for us when the outcome was going to be the same no matter where we said, "I do". So, we decided at that moment that we would put more emphasis on our honeymoon and creating lasting memories together, rather than creating one day of bliss that would be perfect no matter how much was spent. This is also why we are choosing to have our ceremony in Las Vegas and our wedding reception at a later date in Arizona. This honeymoon will be Kyle's first trip out of the country, and the first cruise for the both of us. We will be stopping in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, as well as Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. There are some amazing adventures that we would love to experience in these two cities as well as on our cruise ship-The Carnival Miracle. We would love if you could all be a part of making some of our very first memories as Mr. and Mrs. Davis.
