SODA: There is a program that provides unlimited sodas for the entirety of the cruise. For kids 17 and younger the rate is $4.50 PER day. For adults the rate is $6.00 PER day. There is always FREE lemonaid, coffee, water, juice, tea.

ALCOHOL: Each person is allowed to CARRY ON one bottle of wine. There is a program for "unlimitied" (15 drinks per 24 hours max) booze. The price is $49.95 PER day. If one person buys this package, every adult in that person's stateroom must also but it. So no sharing the accohol card guys.

CAMP CARNIVAL: I fully support Carnival's kid camps. I was in the camps from ages 8-17. I loved it there. They are grouped by age groups so your child will be with like aged kids. Each group has their own activities and crafts. The people in charge are FANTASTIC. They are very strict about who can sign your kid out and everything. Carnival really does go above and beyond with their kids camp. No other cruise line that I have been on is as well organized or as much fun! They also offer babysitting at night for those parents who want a few hours to themselves (at additional costs)

FOOD: All the buffets, ice cream, pizza bar, burrito bar, sandwich bar, burger bar, formal dining, and non soda drinks are included in your cruise price. Eat all you want! The ice cream and pizza are avaiable 24/7. We will be eating as a group for formal dining at 6:00 pm every night. There are a few other places to eat, like the steakhouse, but this costs extra.

FUN TIMES: Every night you will recieve the carnival fun times. This is a pamplet with the next days activites listed out for you along with times. Feel free to try new things. I hope to see some of yall at the dancing lessons, magic shows, comdey shows, and hairy chest contest!

TIPPING: Carnival reccommends tipping of $12 per person per day. The total amount will be shown on your final bill on the last day of cruising. money is distrubted to your house keeper (they clean your room like twice a day), dining staff (you can eat in the formal dining room for breakfast, tea time, lunch, and dinner!), and the entertainment staff. You may tip additional monies if you like.

GYM/SPA: There is both a gym and spa onboard the ship. Both offer some free amenities and some at additional costs.

INSURANCE: Carnival does offer vacation insurance. They will give you your money back if you decide to cancel last minute, someone falls ill, and some other things. You can check it out more on Carnival's website. I personally have never used it and TJ and I did not sign up for it for this cruise.

ELECTRONICS: You may bring your electronics onboard the boat. Anything with internet access should be placed in airplane mode. As soon as you step on ship your cell phone provider may charge you both roaming and international. To be safe I suggest just turning the cell phone off. If you need to make a phone call back to the states Carnival will charge a fee to use their phones. There is also a internet cafe. It gets pricey and the wifi is not very strong. I suggest just going the 5 days without internet.
