So my story begins at a dodge ball game that was held for student council. Jacob was friends with his roommate who was friends with some of my friends. I ended up sitting by him while watching everyone else play. We talked and he was shy. He told me that he was not going to play but I got him to play dodge ball. At the end of the event Jacob ended up asking me for my number. For the next day, we texted none stop. Those days become weeks and those weeks became months. My friends and I planned a Christmas party, me and Jake ended up hanging out all night. He was home for Christmas when his family was yelling and making fun of him every time he was on the phone with me. I will never forget that. After Christmas break, we hung out and he ended up asking me out.  We started dating on January 12th, 2009. A few weeks later his mom and her friend decided to come visit. OH boy, I was going to meet his mom.  Jake and I met them at a restaurant across the street from her hotel. I was shy and quite and did not talk much. The next day we went to lunch. At lunch Jacob left the table for some reason. But when he left, his mom and her friend leaned across the table and said “If you ever hurt Jacob in anyway we will come find you and hunt you down and hurt you.” Next for his birthday Jacob decided to bring me to his home in Saginaw, Michigan. Wow I was going to meet his whole family now. He still had no idea that his mother threatened me. But I did tell him about it months later. So our school year went on and then come our externship and we both went to work for Walt Disney World. There are many more stories and things I could tell but I think I will end it here.

 I remember it like it was yesterday, the first time I saw her was at a gallery crawl. I was working the cashier and I spotted her across the room and thought she was beautiful. I didn’t see her again until about a month later at a dodge ball game at the YMCA, and to my surprise my roommate was talking to her! He introduced us and we talked a little bit then went our separate ways. But all, night all I could think about was her, so right before the night was over I went over to her and asked for her number. She gave it to me and for the next few months we did nothing but text each other 24/7. We started hanging out and became really close. Three months after I asked for that number I asked her out, and of course she said yes. We spent all the time we could together, I would wake up early just to meet her at the bus stop and walk her to class. I took her to Michigan to meet my family on my birthday, which was quite the experience. But all went well, so I took her back up that summer to go camping in the Upper Peninsula. We went to Mackinac Island and to the Oswald Bear Farm, and the water falls. It was a blast, and a great first vacation to have with Maria. After about seven months we had to start thinking about externships. We both wanted to work for Disney World so after months of excruciating interviews and waiting we both made it in and we left for our new lives in Florida!
