Both of us have family and friends traveling out here to be with us on our special day. We know that some of you will be venturing out on a road trip and others will be coming by plane. Hopefully this information will make your travel plans a little easier.

The closest airports are in San Luis Obispo & Santa Maria, but they are smaller airports that only have two airlines that fly in & out of them.  Santa Barbara Airport is a little larger and is about an hour & a half away.  The largest airports which can connect you to all the smaller airports are Los Angeles International Airport & Burbank Bob Hope Airport.

Amtrak also goes right through Pismo Beach with stops in Santa Maria (Bus Stop Only), Grover Beach, & San Luis Obispo.

San Luis Obispo County Regional Airport (SBP) – Located about 10 miles north of PismoBeach.  www.SLOairport.com  - US Airways & United Airlines.

Santa Maria Airport (SMX)- Located about 25 miles south of Pismo Beach.  http://www.santamariaairport.com/  - Allegiant Air & United Airlines.
 
Santa Barbara Municipal Airport (SBA)- Located about 1 ½ hours south of Pismo Beach.  http://www.santabarbaraca.gov/gov/depts/flysba/default.asp - Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, US Airways, Frontier Airlines, & United Airlines.

Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) -Located about 180 miles south of Pismo (approx. 3 1/2 hours, depending on traffic)

Burbank Bob Hope Airport (BUR) - Located about about 172 miles south of Pismo (approx. 3 hours , depending on traffic)
