Sarah Kalish

Sarah and I have been basically inseparablesince we met each other 4 years ago. Instant best friends, it was a no brainer that Sarah would be my maid of honor even before Tyler and I got engaged. It is hard for me to put into words the relationship Sarah and I have. She truly is the sister I never got to have, and I am beyond thankful that I have someone as amazing as her in my life. She is my complete opposite but at the same time we are so similar that it’s hard to believe that we aren’t sisters by blood. Endless face time and phone calls keep us in constant contact. We know each other like the back of our hand. She’s the person I call for no reason and tell her useless information about my day. Sarah is a graduate student at Dyouville College where she is studying to become an occupational therapist. Regardless of the distance between us, I can honestly say it feels like I have my best friend still with me everyday.

Anna Dambacher

Meeting Anna 3 ½ years ago at preseason training for track and field I never would have thought that she and I would become the best friends that we are today. Anna is a small town southern-hearted girl from Illinois, and the distance isn’t enough to come between our friendship. Anna is a senior graphic design major at Fredonia. Anna was my right hand lady on the track. All the blood sweat and tears we went though together shaped us into the strong pair we still are today, just off the track now. Anna is someone I can be my crazy self around and instead of laughing at me she’ll respond to acting even crazier with me. There are no boundaries in our friendship, and she is someone I cannot possibly live without.

Kaitlyn Crossan

Kait is the first friend I remember having. Going back to the elementary school day’s way back to first grade where she was the bumblebee and I was the bunny in our first musical début together. Since then we have many other musicals, softball and soccer games and school dances behind us. Kait is an aspiring pediatrician currently attending medical school at LECOM. Kait is the goofiest and most fun loving person I know. Regardless of the situation she never ceases to amaze me with her witty sense of humor that always can put a smile on my face.

Haley Mirek

Haley and I met back in our elementary school years at dance. Ever since then our bond has been strong ever since. The best way I can describe Haley and I is that we’re basically the same person down right to our names. We love and hate the same things, and were each other’s therapists when we need it. It feels like time stands still with Haley and I. She’s the friend I can pick up a conversation with from last moth or randomly call with no question of why I am calling. She is always there regardless of how long it has been or how far apart we are. Haley is a social worker in Dunkirk and is my go to girl for any and all things shopping, makeup and fashion related.

Melissa Delgado

When I think of Mel I think of the awkward middle school years when I first met her. Mel and I have gone though many phases together and have luckily prospered into the lovely women we are today. From the studded punk earrings and the slicked back pony tails to now what is soon to be both of our weddings, Mel has been someone who has never left my side regardless of the time or distance that separated us due to our busy lives. Mel is a human resources benefit specialist in Buffalo and was just a beautiful bride herself in December.

Kristine Beatty

Kristine is the most loving and welcoming individual I know. From the beginning of our friendship, which started at dance in middle school, Kristine has always been the one to make me feel like I belonged. Her caring demeanor draws people to her, and she is the one you can rely on if you ever need a little courage or strength along the way. A free spirit who sees the good in all you can’t help but become hooked to her lifetime movie, snack eating, and wine loving personality. Kristine is an outreach representative in Pittsburgh, PA.

Doug Imperi

Doug is the most competitive, hardworking, and determined person I know. From the start of our somewhat forced friendship when we randomly moved in together my freshman year of college, our personalities matched and we became the best of friends. We enjoy all the same things and if we don’t, we enjoy disagreeing and debating on it. We both did the decathlon for the track team at Fredonia and we were a forced to be reckoned with. There is no one else I could picture spending basically all my time with, including driving across the country with and back, and still being able to stand being around after all the quality bonding time together. Doug attends law school at Arizona State University.

Alex Brennan

Alex is a very unique person. You either got to love him or hate him, and not many people can hate someone like Al. Although he can be kind of cranky and grandpa-ish at times (just kidding Al), he is another person I am lucky enough to have randomly became roommates with and become best friends with by the strike of chance.  A member of the same track team as me, Al, Doug and I are the three best friends that anyone could have. Al is a carpenter/framer in Clarence and a part time high school track coach.

Mitch Paciga & Brendan Long

I met Brendan and Mitch when they came to Fredonia and becoming multi’s on the track team one year after the other. They quickly joined the little posy we had formed and made it one man larger 2 years in a row. Mitch and Brendan are both great friends who enjoys all the same things as me and all of the rest of my friends whom I’ve already mentioned. From our all-nighters, to house records in everything imaginable, snowball fights, ice hockey, tree climbing, extreme sports and anything else you can imagine we do it all. Mitch is a sophomore at Fredonia studying psychics and engineering and Brendan is a junior studying business.

Chris Gajewski

My brother Chris is someone who I have done everything with since we were little. From countless hockey and soccer leagues where we were the dynamic duo to the same major and same classes in college we have stuck together. Although we are 2 completely different people, people who know us cant help but see our Gajewski ways. Nobody will quite understand as well as us that it’s a Gajewski thing.

Spencer Lefort

Spencer is someone I have looked up to since the day I met him. Spencer was a senior multi on my track team when I was a freshman and although he may not know it he has been my mentor and guided me through many obstacles in my life. Someone I can also call of on my closest friends, Spencer is someone I can always go to whether it is for advice or to talk about our similar interest and hobbies. Spencer works in a finance department for an advertising agency in Oregon.
