What I know now but didn't know at first: IT WAS A SET UP!!!!!

I thought that my best friend Nene and I, my sister and her best friend Sharelle and Zack were all going out to dinner like we usually do when we venture to Memphis TN. Little did I know everyone was in on it.

Zack was buying the ring. My sister was giving him ideas on how to make it special. Nene was keeping me occupied and out of everyone's way and Sharelle was giving directions and keeping everyone on time.

We went to dinner in Downtown Memphis at TGIF's and we had a good time. We talked about old times and laughed and had a blast. My sister looked at Zack and said "it's time." He wiped his mouth and proceeded to say:

"Baby, you know that I love you. You are the best thing that has ever happened to me. There's nothing that I wouldn't do for you"

I JUMPED UP FROM MY CHAIR AND RAN TO THE RESTROOM... I got so nervous i had to hurl!! All the ladies ran to the restroom to check on me. Once I gained my composure we went back to the dinner table to find Zack enjoying a piece of my fish taco. I said "sorry" and he continued his speech in his chair... I interrupted and said, "If you're gonna do it, do it right" and he dropped to his knees. He proposed and I said Yes!!

The restaurant lit up with applause and cheers and we were VERY excited. My sister was so pumped that she texted everyone in her phone and told them that we were engaged and called our parents and shared the news with them as well. After dinner we went to his mother's house and to my surprise his family was in on it too.

This was one of the greatest nights ever…
