The proposal happened on a day that was meant to celebrate his life, his birthday party. His family was throwing him a small get together to celebrate his birthday on 1/16/2016. I had went to the bathroom, and when I walked out, his sister Jaymarie was like 'oh let me fix your hair' and telling me to come on. I walked out and everyone was staring at me.. awkward? YES! Then that's when he walked over and started telling me how much he loves me and how happy he is that me and Antoniyo came into his life and how happy we make him. Jaymarie was in the backround recording it all. Yes, he then got down on one knee and asked me that beautiful question 'Will you Marry me?????' -- What do you think I said? Well YES! obviously :) 

The funny part? Antoniyo started crying. 'Why are you crying Antoniyo?' "I don't want you guys to get married" ... Well why not?

-- Antoniyo thought getting married meant that we would no longer be together. Once we explained what getting married really meant, he was sooo excited and asked if he could tell all his friends. Of course, we said yes!!
