I met Jamaal in 2012 at a night club through a mutual friend. He teases me because I am embarassed that I met him there. A night club is not a typical place that you meet your husband. Anyway, I was there with a friend that he already knew and he bought us drinks. I was in another relationship at the time and now looking back on it, we were not ready for each other. It took a while but God finally turned me around in the right direction and showed me that my soul mate was right under my nose!

Our engagement was very much unexpected, at least for me. We had been together a little over a year and we always talked about marriage but I did not realize it would be this soon. Our relationship is so special to me because we were together with no strings attached.  It was just us, together because we really love each other and because we simply just wanted to be! I wanted some red lobster one evening and asked him to take me, not thinking he would since he hates going out to eat. He agreed way to easily and proposed right before I got my meal. I couldn't eat my food after that! I had butterflies for days.... Not to mention he had already talked it over with my mom, so it def was a GO after i said YES!

We are getting married July 18, 2015 on the Valor cruise ship in Port Canaveral, Florida. Our wedding colors are red, black, and white. Us along with our guests must arrive at the port at 10am to get priority boarding and clearance onto the ship. Since we have to be at the ship so early, we are asking that everyone come down to Florida the day before to ensure we have enough time to get on the boat. Our guests will tour the ship while we get ready for our ceremony. The ceremony will begin at around 1pm. Immediately following the ceremony there will be a reception for us to celebrate our union with all of our guests! There will be music, hot and cold hors d'oeurves, and an open bar! After the reception is over we will say goodbye to our non-sailing guests and begin our honeymoon and our life together as Mr. & Mrs. Jamaal Randall. We set sail at 4pm headed to the Bahamas and then other places along the Eastern Carribean after that for the next 7 days!

Our wedding party will consist of close friends and family! We are honored to have everyone apart of our special day. I have 5 bridesmaids that include 2 of my sisters, 2 of my nieces, and my soon to be sister in law. The groomsmen are 2 close friends, 1 cousin,  and 2 soon to be brother in laws. My sister Jada is the maid of honor and Chris is the best man. We will have 2 flower girls, my daughter and niece. We will also have one ring bearer, my son.
