I was born in Lexington but was raised in Carlisle.  I went to Bourbon County High School because my mom was employed as a preschool teacher at Bourbon County Schools.  I attended Morehead State University where I obtained my B.S. degree in Animal Science.  This degree is being put to good use in my current career.  I am employed by Eastern KY University as an Agriculture Technician.  Agriculture is one of my passions, so I consider myself blessed to be able to work in this area every day.  I also enjoy craft and DIY projects and singing as a part of my church's worship team on Sundays.  I am so blessed to have Brad as my partner in life and I can't wait to become his wife!

I was born and raised in Lexington and my family has deep roots in the mountains of eastern KY. I have a tremendous love for my family and heritage. I've had many great experiences throughout my life. Some of my favorites include working for a radio station for 10 years as a morning show personality, working at a music venue as a sound and light technician, being a part of a music group that performed at Civil War reenactments and working at my church that I've grown up in. I recently got a job with the city of Lexington and look forward to where that career may take me in the future. Although I've always had a great life, I've always had a large void too, that was until Courtney came along! I am so grateful for her and the happiness that she has brought me. I can't wait to marry her and start this new and exciting chapter in my life!
