Schedule of Events

One month before embarkation, you will receive an email from Carnival requesting you complete registration for Bermuda Travel Authorization. Please do this ASAP, as it can take a bit to come back, you will need this completed to visit Bermuda. A week or so prior to the cruise, you will need to log in to Carnival.com. You will complete your vax status declaration and print boarding documents. At this time, you will choose a boarding time, choose the earliest. The best way to arrive to the port is drop-off. This way, you drive through, drop your luggage, and then check in. Once you board the ship, you will find Dana and Rob up on Lido Deck 9, usually on Starboard side near Guy's Burgers. Your luggage will be delivered to your room between 2pm - 5pm usually. Anything you think you might need prior to that, carry on. Dinner is set for 7:45 pm, and everyone will be in the same section of the dining room. On the first day, you can spend time exploring the ship, getting into raffles, etc. The Spa Tour is great, and they give away gift certificates at 5:15pm usually. Be there to win! Once onboard, download the Carnival HUB app, and this will show you everything from what restaurants are open, to all activities in a day, your up to date account summary, etc. You can book anything from the app! The app has a chat feature for $5, you do not need an internet package to use it. You just connect to the ship WIFI. There is a 5pm Sail Away party on Lido deck with a DJ. There are two comedians each night, doing PG and R shows. Check your HUB app for times. The Medusa Disco opens each night at 10:30pm, and The Red Frog Pub has a good band each night, as well. There will be 2 Elegant nights - Monday and Thursday.
