Our proposal was totally unexpected for me.  We planned a trip for Robby's birthday to ride to the mountains on the motorcycles with friends.  When we got to where we were staying, in true country folk fashion, we decided to get down in the creek that ran behind the inn. We were walking out on the rocks when I turned and he was squatting on a rock with the ring in his hand and asked me to marry him. Of course I said "YES" and here we are today becoming husband and wife. 

We were geting ready to head to the mountains with friends. I was trying to get the ring out of the safe, but Meagan kept coming into the room.  It made it very difficult to even sneak it into my pocket. I was sure that she was going to catch what I was doing.  I planned on the way up to stop somewhere in view of the mountains, but there never was that "perfect" spot.  So when we pulled up at the Valley Inn, there it was.  The "perfect" spot down in the rocks of the creek.  Then I just had to figure out how to get her down there.  She jumped right in the creek. Then I told her I loved her and wanted to marry her.  She said YES.
