Jared and I met on Valentine's Day 2006 when he had his first day of work at the Sagebrush Steakhouse in Hickory, NC. He was making salads and I told him what a great job he was doing. Two months later we had our first date at the Hickory Tavern, and it was on from there. After dating for 3.5 years, Jared gave me the best Christmas present a girl could ask for when he proposed to me at his parents' house on Dec. 25th, 2009. I was shaking and happy and crying, but I squeaked out a "Yes"!

Our wedding will be held at the Hudson Uptown Building in Hudson, NC. The ceremony will start at 5pm, and the reception will start around 6pm and we will go until I am done dancing!

From I-40, take exit 123B and go N on HWY 321 for approximately 13 miles and turn left on Pine Mountain Rd (there is a Wendy's on the left). Go about 1 mile and the building will be on the right in an old elementary school building. Parking is just before the building, and around behind the building.
