Jim worked for Marsh for 25+ years and I did as well  for just a few.  Jim was transferred to the store that I worked at which is where we became friends.  We knew each other for ten years before going out together for the first time.  My oldest son was doing a trash bag frundraiser for his school and Jim purchased from him.  After the purchase of bags we began talking more which lead to us going on our first date.  

On our first date we went out to dinner and then on an evening walk on the Central Canal in downtown Indianapolis.  Even now we often go downtown on walks and reminisce of that evening.  Last summer on one of our walks we saw a happy couple getting married there and at that moment we both knew that would be where we would begin the rest of our lives together.
