We have known each other for years and never would have thought we would become husband and wife. I lost my husband tragically and Hendrix has been such a great friend and now fiance' through some of the most difficult days that me and my children have ever experienced. We were only dating for a few months and on July 18th, 2013 we went for a walk on the beach and as we stopped looking at how beautiful the ocean was he got down on one knee and asked me to become his wife. At that moment when I looked in his eyes all the fears and worries I had didn't matter and I knew he would be by my side everyday whether its a good or bad day.
