1. Please use your full name in the 'Your name' field. include your address for wedding related event invitations in the notes.

2. Let us know if you will attending the wedding as we only have a 200 guest maximum.

3. Indicate how many guests (INCLUDE YOURSELF) will be attending with you.

4. Include names of those attending, including yourself, and ages in 2023, so that we may have a head count for drinks to served.

5. Include your address for wedding related event invitations in the notes also.
