We have set up a group reservation at the Element International hotel. The group rate for the Hotel is $117 dollars for a King and $127 for a Double. This Rate includes: • Free Continental breakfast • Free internet • Free Parking • Complimentary Shuttle service for every 2 guests per room booked. Any additional guests in a room will need to pay a $12 shuttle fee. The service includes transportation from the airport to the hotel, from the hotel to the cruise port, and anywhere within 3 miles of the hotel. (Note: The rate above DOES NOT include shuttle service from the cruise port back to the airport when the cruise ship returns to Miami. An additional fee of $12 per person is required if you need transportation back to the airport at the end of the cruise.) Check in is at 3:00pm and Check out is at 12:00pm. All guests must check in by 12AM (The morning of Sep. 18th) or they will be considered a no show and will get charged the entire price of the room. If for some reason, you cannot make it by 12AM, you can always contact our coordinator and let her know that you will be late so you will not be charged. If you book your room and don't show at all, or fail to cancel within 24 hours of the time of your reservation, you will be charged the entire cost of the room. All hotel reservations must be made by using the link pasted below by Monday, August 9th, 2021 in order to secure your room with the special group rate.
