We must have the following information for you to be able to board the ship for the wedding.

*Name

*Date of Birth

*Driver's License Number

*Driver's License State

Kindly respond by September 9th so that we have your information in time to give to Carnival. When you arrive at Port Everglades, please have your License & Passport ready as you will have to have it with you to board the ship.
