What time do I need to arrive at the terminal?

All guests (sailing and non-sailing) must arrive at the cruise terminal in Baltimore on Sunday, July 16 by 11 AM! Wedding guests will be given priority boarding provided you arrive at the designated time. Please keep in mind there are over 2000 people boarding the ship the same day as the wedding and the check-in process can take up to 30 minutes.

What is the address of the cruise terminal?

Cruise Maryland Terminal at South Locust Point, 2001 E McComas Street, Baltimore, MD 21230

Where do we meet?

All guests should meet at the Wedding Guests Check-in area for assistance.

What documents do sailing guests need?

All sailing guests need to print their boarding passes and luggage tags prior to arrival.

Although a valid U.S. passport is not required to sail, we strongly recommend all sailing guests travel with a passport. Having a passport will enable you to fly back to the U.S. if you need to disembark the ship mid-cruise due to an emergency.

If you do not have a valid U.S. passport, you will need a government-issued photo ID AND proof of citizenship such as an original or certified copy of a birth certificate, or a passport card, or an enhanced driver’s license. Children are also required to bring proof of citizenship, and if 16 and over, a photo ID is also required. Any wedding guest who fails to provide the proper documentation will not be allowed to sail.

What documents do non-sailing guests need?

All non-sailing guests will need to provide photo identification such as a driver's license or passport. Children under the age of 16 must bring a birth certificate, in order to obtain a visitor's pass. Any wedding guest who fails to provide proper photo identification will be denied boarding.

What about luggage?

If you are sailing, your luggage will need to be checked with the porters prior to boarding the ship. You will need to have your cruise line issued luggage tags completed and attached to your bags. Luggage tags can be obtained from the Carnival Cruise website. Your luggage will be delivered to your stateroom after the ship has sailed. If necessary, you may bring one small carryon, no larger than 24” W x 16” H.

Can I get into my room prior to the wedding?

Guests will not be allowed into their rooms until after the ship has sailed. Wedding guests should arrive dressed for the ceremony.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Proper wedding attire is expected. If sailing, you can spend the next 6+ days in sandals and shorts!

What time is the wedding ceremony?

The wedding ceremony will begin at 1:30PM. The ceremony will be followed by a 90 minute reception that includes open bar, hot and cold hors d’oeuvres, champagne toast, and wedding cake. Music will be provided by a DJ.

Can we eat lunch on the ship prior to the wedding?

All wedding guests are welcome to enjoy lunch at the buffet on Lido deck upon boarding the ship. This is included free for all sailing guests. Lunch vouchers at no charge, will be provided for non-sailing guests.

Is there a wedding website?

Yes. https://carnival.honeymoonwishes.com/KatherineAndLarry (Congrats you found it!)

Can I bring a wedding gift on board?

Due to U.S. Customs regulations, any wrapped wedding gifts may be subject to duty fees. If you feel obligated, there is a wedding registry on the wedding website (see above).

How much is parking at the terminal?

For passenger cars and SUV’s, parking at the terminal is $15.00 per cruise night. For sailing guests, that is $105 for the 7 days. All non-sailing guest need to park in Special Events Parking. Free parking is included with the hotel packages. See below for details.

When will the ship return to Baltimore?

The ship will return to the Cruise Maryland terminal at approximately 10 AM on Sunday July 23rd. Passengers will not be permitted to exit the vessel until all federal inspection services are complete and the vessel is cleared by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.  This process takes approximately two (2) to three (3) hours after the cruise arrives.

How can Returning Passengers get picked up?

The Cruise terminal gates open at 8:30am for passenger pick-up. Taxi, Limo and Sedan services should proceed to the passenger building to pick up their passengers in the designated Limo/Shuttle line. Upon exiting the passenger building, passengers will be directed to this area.  No shuttle service is required. Family and friends picking up passengers will be directed to the ‘Pick Up’ Lot.
