We are very happy to let you know that we have secured rooms at two different hotels. Both hotels are only resereved for Saturday, February 13. The deadline to reserve is January 21, 2016. We want our loved ones coming from a distance to not have to rush getting to the ship. Remember that you must be there to check in no later than 10:30 AM.
Doubletree by Hilton
This hotel is located next to New Orleans Airport and is 13 miles away from the Port of New Orleans. We have resereved both king and double rooms at a rate of $116 per night plus tax. In addition there is a $6 parking charge. If you would like to book, do the following:

- Ask for reservations and give reservations #80212374 under Childs.
- Select the room you want and use a credit card to switch the room from Krsunthia's name to yours.

Holiday Inn Westbank
The Holiday Inn is located 3.5 miles from the Port of New Orleans. We have resereved both king and double rooms at a rate of $ 179 plus tax. Parking is complimentary and if you are sailing your vehicle can remain and a complimentary shuttle can take you to the port.

2. Group Sales: 504-324-7740 (Monday through Friday 8AM - 5PM)
3. You may call beginning now and provide the group code CWW and your check in date of 2/13/16. You will also be required to provide a credit card to guarantee the room. Charges will not be ran until you check out, however if using a debit card when you check in the card will be authorized and funds will be frozen but not deducted from your account until check out.
