for the Wedding of

John Weisbrod

&

Julie Witt

Please call the Lauren Rich, our Personal Vacation Planner.  Lauren is fabulous and will take care of all your needs.

 800.819.3902 Ext. 82494

 email: lrich@carnival.com

We will be sailing to Cozumel, Mexico, Belize & Mahogany Bay, Isla Roatan.

When talking to Lauren, mention the Julie Witt & John Weisbrod Wedding and she will connect you with our group.  Group rates have expired but she will find the best rate available for you.

When booking, please request the 8:15pm late dining option if you would like to be seated near the entire group.  Late dining is at 8:15pm and is a more convenient time to dine, especially when coming in from the ports of call.  And for those of you who like to eat early, food is always available on the ship.  We promise you will not starve on this trip!  We would love for everyone to be at the 8:15 seating so we at least have the chance to see everyone throughout the trip.

Lauren has been handling our cruising needs with Carnival for many many years and will take care of everything!

We ask that all guests, sailing and non-sailing, arrive to the cruise terminal  at 9:15am dressed and ready for the wedding.  For sailing guests, luggage is not delivered to the cabin until after the ship has sailed.  Carnival Cruise Lines has prepared a wedding check in desk for our convenience and it is located downstairs at the entrance to the terminalThose who arrive on time will receive priority boarding (before all other passengers) and will insure you will be onboard in time for the ceremony.  The usual time for boarding the ship is anywhere between 10:00a -10:45a. There is not a designated time as we are at the mercy of US Customs and Immigration.

All Non-sailing guests must bring a form of picture ID, such as a driver’s license or passport.  All non-sailing children must have a birth certificate or a passport to obtain a visitor’s pass in order to board the ship.  This is a Coast Guard regulation and there are no exceptions.   Anyone who does not have ID will be denied boarding.  Sailing guests should have their “Fun Pass” completed prior to the day of the wedding in order to expedite the check-in process.

We will be staying Saturday night, May 25th, at Americas Best Value Inn and Suites, 5201 Gulf Freeway, La Marque, Texas, 77568We will be approximately 20 minutes from the pier but the rates are affordable since it is Memorial Weekend.  We have found the rates to be less expensive online.

Due to U.S. Customs regulations, guests are asked NOT to bring wedding gifts onboard the ship.  We are registered through Carnival Cruise Lines Wedding Registry.  Wedding gifts boarded and taken off the ship will be subject to U.S. Customs duty fees.
