5:15PM – Arrive at Sunset de Mona Lisa

5:30PM – Seating at Terraza Occidente

6:00PM – Ceremony on Terraza Occidente

6:30PM – Cocktails and Hors d'oeuvres

7:00PM – Dinner at City Lights

Transportation: Transportation to and from the wedding will be provided at all headquarter locations.  

4:30 p.m.       One limo arrives at Beth’s House to pick up 8 passengers (Nana, Marty, Tony, Joy, Lorna, Jenny (D), and Ricardo) and transport to the Sunset Mona Lisa. 

4:30 p.m.       A second limo arrives at Rick’s House to pick up 8 passengers (Ricky, David, Antonio, Gabriel, Chino, Yanette, Christian, Aidya) and transport to the Sunset Mona Lisa. 

 4:30 p.m.      A third limo arrives at the Marina Fiesta to pick up 5 passengers (Kevin, Andrew, Corbett, Julio, Michelle) Then, travel to the Sheraton Hacienda to pick up 3 passengers (Greg, Diane, Jimmy).  Then, transport to the Sunset Mona Lisa. 

4:45 p.m.       The fourth limo arrives at the Sheraton Hacienda to pick up 6 passengers (Jennifer, Tammy, Beth, Bobbi, Allison, Alyssa) and transport to the Sunset Mona Lisa.

9:30 p.m.       One limo leaves the wedding reception and travels to Beth’s House (and possibly a second stop depending upon who is leaving)

10:00 p.m.     Second leaves the wedding reception and travels to Beth’s House, Rick’s House, Marina Fiesta and/or the Sheraton depending upon who is leaving.
