Soar through 7 stretches of cable, each cable measuring 120 to 600 feet in length, all while listening to the sounds of nature with a bird’s eye view of the park. After your breathtaking experience, enjoy the amenities of the “Pirates, Birds & Monkeys of the Caribbean” tour at Gumbalimba Park.

Embark on an exciting combo adventure that gives you cave exploration, cave tubing and zip-lining all in one ultimate fun experience that can only be found at the Jaguar Paw Adventure Outpost. After scenic countryside tour of Belize, hike a short distance through the lush tropical rainforest where you will be dwarfed by towering cohune palms as you make your way to the limestone cliff that is your launching pad for your zip-line adventure. Feel the rush as you fly 500ft across the jungle for a bird’s eye view of the mysterious limestone archway opening to the Crystal Cave - one of the Mayas ancient ceremonial caves; but this is just the beginning as your next traverse takes you to an unrivalled 700ft across the Jungle, so don’t forget to look down onto dense flora that used to be the Mayan hunting ground and source of almost all their everyday day needs. Adrenaline pumping and anticipation high, it’s time to switch gears from harness to life vests as the second leg of your quest begins. Be prepared to be “wowed” by this adventure that puts you up close and personal with the unique phenomenon of crystal caves as you descend several feet underground to the Maya's sacred underworld. A short trek through a mysterious short tunnel entrance is the start of your cave exploration. Your guide will lead you through one of the large Maya chambers with interesting facts of Maya history and practices. Enjoy a float on your tubes through a chamber where high ceilings and a stalactite lined wall give the feeling of a Cathedral and its mighty pipe organ welcoming you into a sacred place. Crystal encrusted cave formations dazzle you with their beauty as you meander up the river; but this is just a taste of what’s to come. As you disembark your tube for more cave exploring, you enter the Crystal chamber where your guide will reveal hidden pottery dating back to 300-900 AD used by the Maya in ancient sacrificial ceremonies. Be prepared as your hike takes you through a tiny passage and you emerge in front of a 'frozen water fall' column and glittering rim stone dam that take your breath away. Back in your tube you make your way to an underground lagoon which signals the end of your subterranean adventure and where you can take a dip in the cool refreshing waters. A tasty Belizean lunch included in your tour awaits you at the Jaguar Paw Jungle Cafe. The Rainforest Bar serves up cold Beikin beers and tropical drinks available for purchase. Light snacks, souvenirs and your tour pictures are also available for purchase. While you relax, enjoy free WiFi and reminisce about this "unBelizeable" expedition before you board your air-conditioned bus back to the port.

WHALE SHARK ENCOUNTER & SNORKEL EXPERIENCE

These 30 feet long creatures will leave you breathless! After a private tender ride to the mainland of Mexico and a comfortable van ride up to Cancun, you will board our launches and we will head just north of the city to the warm waters of the Caribbean Sea where the Whale Sharks have been congregating in the largest numbers anywhere on the planet. These docile giants, who migrate to the area around early-June thru mid-September, can reach up to 40 feet in length and feature huge "box like" mouths with which to trap plankton and tiny plants and marine life. You’ll swim alongside these incredible animals while being accompanied by your expert guide and become one of the privileged few to witness one of the most unique dwellers of the ocean in its natural habitat. After this incredible experience, head back to Playa del Carmen and board the private tender to your ship in Cozumel.
