Albert Williams IV better known as Scoobie was born in Harlem, New York, to Beverly & Albert Williams. He moved to the Tampa area in 2002 with the aspiration to walk on to the USF Mens Basketball team. That was short live when he agreed to move away to help family. Two years later he returned and persued his passion to one day become an entertainer.  Over the next four years he developed a persona he calls "SB." In the fall of 2008 he met Shanté at work . He invited her out to see him perform and she agreed. Following that night he wanted to spend more time with her but she was always "busy!" So overtime with a few dates and casual conversation he convienced her to comeover and check out his in home studio, this is the moment he realized a common interest.
