Where to even begin? It already seems and feels like we've spent a lifetime together! We met in April 2013, and beleive it or not Jared was SUPER shy at first! (Crazy, I know right?!) Usually I'm the shy one , but I decided to be bold and introduce myself on his first day. After a little while we became great friends! We were always making jokes and having a great time working with each other! I know for myself he became one of my favorite people to work with, and I feel I can say the same for Jared as well. As time past we grew closer, but were both in relationships. Well, on October 14, 2013 Jared finally asked me out! Then we didn't talk for a WHOLE week only because he was going on a cruise though. Everyone tells me that while they were driving to Florida Jared randomly starts singing "Guess whose dating Heather! Guess whose dating Heather!" Finally, he gets back from his cruise, and on October 20, 2013 we had our first date! (Him being the man of God he is he took me to church!) Months progressed and we got more and more serious about each other. One day after lunch when I was leaving school Jared hugs me goodbye and as he walks away he says, "I love you!" I say, "I love y-- wait what did you just say?" After a little coaxing he came back and said, "I said I love you!" (He later told me he hadn't planned on saying that at all it just came out so he felt it was just meant to be said at that time. lol) After Winterfest 2014 Jared received his calling to preach. He came to me pretty nervous to tell me afraid I would breakup with him because that's a big committment. Obviously, it didn't phase me! Later on that year I received my calling to be a missionary. So then we knew that our relationship wasn't just happenstance, but that it fully and divinely planned out by God! On October 14, 2014 Jared gave me a promise ring. I knew then that I loved this boy more than I had ever loved anyone else! Fast forward 2 years and on Septemeber 17, 2016 Jared asked me to marry him under the stars!! Of course, I said yes!! We've had our fairshare of ups and downs, but we have stood by each others side through it all! We push each other to be the best we can be! I know God has a great plan for our lives, and I can't wait to fullfill it! I'm so thankful God let Jared be the man I get to spend my forever with! 

It all began in April of 2013 when i first saw her. It was about a week or 2 before i even spoke to her, because she was out of my league. As time went on at work we spoke and goofed off a lot more than work. As my family and I were on our way to vacation on a cruise, I asked Heather on October 14 if she would be my girlfriend and by my surprise she said YES!!! Our first date was going to church and having dinner with my family at the applebarn on Dayton mountain. It must have really been a good first date because I got the first of what would be many to come. We ate lunch off the floor in the hallway everyday at school. She called me one day after school to come take senior pictures with her. If there is one thing we have in common it is that our dates have to include something to eat. Heather's last class was the one right before lunch, but she always stayed to eat with me. One day as she was going home from school and I was going back to class I hugged her and told her that i would text her for the very first time and out of no where I told her that I loved her! It is a day that I will never forget!
