Our love story began in Tyler, Texas back in the fall of 2011. De'Vante was a freshmen at UT Tyler attending BSA first meeting of the school year, where Jillian was the President of the organization and a junior.

Some flirtatious banter was exchanged back and forth and at the end of De'Vante's freshmen year of college, is when he told Jillian that he liked her. That entire summer they talked everyday. After discovering a mutual love of travel, thrill seeking roller coasters and love for luxery cars, the rest blossomed into a beautiful relationship.

After 7 years of memories and 4 years of dating and graduating college,On New Year's Eve of 2017, De'Vante finally popped the question in Dallas, Texas with some of our most important friends in attendance, at a roof-top bar and Jillian said yes with her eyes filled with tears.  

We can't wait for this exciting new chapter to begin in our lives!!
