A shipboard wedding may be a new experience for you, so we ask that you review the information below to ensure a stress free and safe day for everyone. We ask for ALL guests to be at the Terminal at 10:30 a.m. on November 18, 2018 to begin the check-in process. Once U.S. Customs grants the ship clearance, we will be able to priority board before all other cruising passengers. Guests who do not arrive at 10:30 a.m. will have to make their own way on the ship and can miss the wedding. Please Note: There is a parking fee to park your car at the Terminal. Once you pass security, please make your way to the Lido Deck Buffet for a complimentary lunch. Drinks can be purchased here as well. You will be directed to where the ceremony and reception location and time will be on the ship. The ceremony will be located in The Stage Bar and the reception will be located in the Hot & Cool Nightclub on Promenade, Deck 5. Non-Sailing Guests: All non-sailing guests are to be completely dressed and ready for the wedding when arriving at the cruise Terminal. You will need to provide proper identification at the time of check-in. Non-sailing guests are welcome to tour the ship until the ceremony time. All non-sailing guests must debark the ship immediately after the reception. When leaving the ship, you will need to redeem your identification in the ship’s Terminal. Sailing Guests: All sailing guests are to be completely dressed and ready for the wedding when arriving at the cruise Terminal. Please ensure all ticket documents have been completed prior to arrival at the Terminal and have proper identification available. Only one hand-carry-on bag will be permitted for each sailing guest (luggage at 24”w x 16”h). All other bags must be checked with the Porters. Please ensure you have everything you need for the wedding and reception, as you will not see your checked bags until after the reception. Your room may or may not be ready when you board the ship. Proper Identification: Driver's License; Valid U.S. Passport or Passport Card; Original Birth Certificate; Certificate of Naturalization; A Consular Report of Birth Abroad; Trusted Traveler Program Membership Card; A Consular Report of Birth Abroad. |
