 | When I started at my job I met a sweet and kind-hearted man. He was a hard worker, and I could tell he truly cared for our residents. After a while of working together he invited me to go to an escape room with him and some friends. We had so much fun! It wasn't long until we were bowling, playing mini golf, and going to concerts as friends. Everytime we would hang out I would get excited and never wanted the night to end. He made me laugh and took all my stress away. Just sitting together and watching t.v. with him felt like home. I enjoyed our talks about Christ and what we wanted to do in our lives. A little after a year of being friends Chance asked me on a date. I was so nervous, but so excited. Somone as wonderful as him wanted to date me. It seemed too good to be true. He was a gentleman, and very respectful. I had never had a man open a door for me or pull my chair out for me. After a couple dates he asked me to be his girlfriend. Of course I said yes. The whole time dating he was kind, funny, honest, loving and a true example of Christ, that It didn't take me long to fall in love with him. He treated me the way a man should treat a woman. We agreed that we would wait a year before we thought about marriage, but after six months I couldn't wait until the day he asked me to marry him. Three months later he asked me to marry him. I realized sometimes too good is true. |
