Well, it wasn't the romantic, down on one knee proposal that I always imagined but it couldn't have been more perfect!!  Roger was secretly showing the kids my ring when Ava took the ring, ran across the kitchen and said " WILL YOU MARRY MY DADDY?!?"  As she jumps up and down in the floor, how could I have ever said no? But of course I said YES, which will make me your step momma! Roger didn't know what to say, his little gal took the show.
