Arriving: We highly recommend your wedding guests make arrangements to come in the day prior to the wedding date. We are not responsible for any delay on the part of the wedding couple. We also recommend inserting a sign in the window of each vehicle, on the driver's side; to identify guests entering the terminal that are attending the wedding. The sign should indicate if the guests are sailing or visitors and printed on an 8.5" x 11" regular sized sheet of paper.

Boarding: Priority boarding is provided for bridal couples, as well as their guests, being married on the day of sailing. The time to board the ships is controlled by US Customs and Immigration. No one is allowed to board the ship until US Customs and Immigration clear the ship. Please keep in mind there are over 2000 people boarding the ship the same day as the wedding and the check-in process can take up to 30 minutes. Carnival provides special check-in assistance for wedding guests provided they arrive to the pier on time. You must be prompt!

Non-Sailing Guest:  All non-sailing guests are to be completely dressed and ready for the wedding when arriving at the cruise terminal. The bride and groom will submit a guest list for all non-sailing guests including your name and date of birth. You will need to provide your state issued photo ID at the time of check in, please have it available. Children under the age of 16 must bring a birth certificate, in order to obtain a visitor's pass. Any wedding guest who fails to provide proper photo ID will be denied boarding. You will leave your ID with Security in the terminal and be given a guest pass to board the ship. Guests are welcome to tour the ship until the ceremony time. All non sailing guests must debark the ship immediatley after the reception. When leaving the ship you must redeem your ID from Security.

Gifts:  Due to U.S. Customs regulations all wedding gifts are subject to duty fees. We ask that you make arrangements to have gifts delivered to the bride/groom's home. Also please look at the registry available on this website.
