Day – June 2, 2024
Ceremony Time – 1:30pm EST
Location – Havana Bar & Grill on Deck 8
Reception – Immediately to follow for 60 mins in Havana Bar & Grill (Open Bar and Hors D'oeuvres)
Continued Reception - The Brass Magnolia on Deck 6 (Couple will meet everyone there after they take photos for an hour around the ship)
Dinner - Palm Restaurant at 8:00pm
Attire - Business Casual (no jeans) & Converse welcome
Bridal Party Colors - Navy Blue, Silver/Gray, White/Ivory

Fly in and out of Orlando International Airport (MCO) or Melbourne Orlando International Airport (MLB)
Flight Info
Arriving - We recommend flying in a day before the cruise due to the unpredictability of air travel lately. However, if you want to fly in the day the cruise leaves (June 1st) your flight must arrive before 1pm.
Departing – The ship arrives back at port by 7am. We would recommend flying out the day we disembark (June 8th) after 2pm.

Here is a list of hotels that are near Port Canaveral for those arriving early. We did not create a room block because we weren’t sure people’s plans. Do know that Air BnB’s are also an option. The couple is staying at the Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort.

Shuttle Info
Carnival does offer a shuttle from the airport to the ship. You can also check to see if the hotel you are staying at also has an airport shuttle and then cruise ship port shuttle. Uber/Lyft are also very popular choices. If you plan your flights with others, there is an opportunity to save money by carpooling!

Carnival doesn’t plan cruise activities on board the ship until each day before. You’ll receive the Fun Newsletter in your cabin each night/on Hub App. We will just plan the fun as we go.
