We went back to where it all started for our engagement photo shoot. I remember everything from our first date when we walked the trail at Paintsville lake. I remember the rose he brought and how he opened every door for me (he still does). It was the best first date. Fast forward to this photo shoot where he made me smile and laugh by poking me in the side.

It all started in Paintsville, Kentucky, or the place where we first laid eyes upon each other.  It would have all started in Prestonburg, Kentucky, but on our first date I went to the wrong destination.  I have vivid pictures of our first date still in my head today.  We walked the Kiwanas Trail at Paintsville Lake.  Both Kelli and I were quite reserved and somewhat nervous as we attempted to learn about each other.  Though, by the end of that evening I knew we would spend an eternity together.
