Wedding Party

She has been my best friend since 6th grade in Middle School. Now I am 25 years old & I’ve learned a thing or 2 about true friends. Our friendship has survived almost 15 years. Throughout raging hormones & finding out who we are. We still laugh like we’re 12 & I am blessed to have Kiah as my best friend in this crazy life.

Meeting Michael’s family, I was a bit nervous. I hadn’t had the best track record with exes family members in the past. But, when I first met Candace she was so warm. She seemed genuine & in a way she seemed to have a sense of relief that I was dating her baby brother. She has always shown nothing but support for both of us & I am forever grateful to have a close relationship with my sister-in-law regardless of any physical distance between us. She has felt like family since day one & I feel like we can be honest & talk to each other about everything & anything.

In this girl I have found a very important part of myself. She may not know just how much she has influenced my life but she has. From being my cousin by blood but my friend by choice & loving me for who I am, always. We have laughed probably just as much as we have cried together. (A LOT) From our obsession with all things Disney channel in our early teen years to a now looking back on it (slightly unhealthy) obsession with the Jonas Brothers.. lol I literally felt like I could do anything and everything I wanted to do. I really started turning dreams into reality thanks to her & found a major love for preforming music, acting & dancing. She has played a huge role in my life so it is only fitting that I can have her be apart of the biggest day of my life.

The close bond we have shared since we were in diapers has always been undeniable! When a serious moment occurs, we’re the girls in the back trying to keep it together. Our laughter is contagious & 9 times out of 10 we know exactly what the other is thinking. Soo many memories & too many to count. I could not imagine not having you by my side on my wedding day!
