FAQs
1. We must submit a complete guest list with the date of birth and legal name of each guest attending our wedding. Therefore, we do need to receive your completed R.S.V.P. card no later than July 1st, 2024.
2. If you are sailing with us, please contact carnival (1-800-764-7419) to attach your cabin to the wedding with our booking code: Z2N8G4
This will link your cabin to the wedding and to our 6pm early dining time. Guests can either book through calling carnival or online, either way just make sure you call to link your cabin to the wedding!
3. All guests are required to provide photo identification such as a driver’s license or passport in order to board the ship. Children under the age of sixteen must bring a birth certificate.
4. When you arrive at The Port of Miami please follow their directions, non-sailing guests you will be directed to short-term parking facilities. Please tell the entrance representatives that you are at the Port for a wedding so that they may direct you to an expedited lane.
5. Although the ceremony will be held at approximately 12 p.m., please arrive at the Port no later than 10:30 a.m. There will be a wedding check-in desk and our guests will be given priority boarding as soon as the ship clears customs, which can take up to an hour. There are no food or beverage options until we board the ship so please plan accordingly. Custom drinks and hors d’oeuvres will be serviced after the ceremony.
6. Once we are allowed to board, the wedding party will prepare for the ceremony while guests will have the chance to explore the ship. The Magic is a staple vessel in Carnival’s fleet and we understand it is an experience not to be missed, so please enjoy your time on board! Non-sailing guests can remain on the ship until 3:30 p.m., which is an hour before sailing. Carnival does offer an all inclusive drink package, we highly recommend the cheers package for anyone planning on alcoholic drinks while on board.
7. Carnival offers an array of excursions at all three ports. Jason will be scuba diving in Belize, if anyone is interested in joining him, please reach out so we can relay which excursion Jason will be on for that activity. We are still mulling over a family friendly excursion for our port in Cozumel, if anyone is interested in joining that activity please let us know!
8. Please come enjoy our celebration, and no gifts. Your presence is our present!
