Can I bring a date?
Please limit plus ones to one per guest.
Are kids welcome?
Little ones are totally welcome! Just understand that there are rules and areas within the venue that little ones cannot be in! We will NOT be having a kids activity so please make sure that you bring anything needed to occupy kiddos!
What will the weather be like?
Welcome to Washington, all of you out-of-towners! The weather here can be funny. During the day, the weather in Graham should be beautiful, averaging 75-80 degrees, but will get chilly at night. Please bring some warm layers for the evening, we don't want anyone freezing their bu...well you get the point. ;)
Where should I park?
There will be plenty of parking along the venue in a gravel pit.
Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?
Yes!
What should I wear?
We ask that you wear something comfortable but classy! Our wedding party will be in Burgundy and Charcoal while our immediate families will be in earth tones to compliment us. We ask that you please refrain from wearing our colors as to make for a photo ready afternoon!
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Our wedding ceremony is outdoors, but our reception will be inside the barn :)
Will the ceremony and reception be socially distanced?
The venue grounds have TONS of open space, feel free to make sure that you are keeping your distance but we will not be measuring out locations on-site.
Are masks required? Will they be provided?
Since our venue is considered to be outdoors with a lot of ventilation in the barn (barn doors will be open for decent airflow and fun valley views), we will not be requiring masks during our celebration. If you feel uncomfortable, feel free to wear a mask! Please refrain from openly commenting about any person at our wedding and their comfortability.
What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?
Calling all ladies! Do not wear stiletto heels. I repeat, do not wear stiletto heels. There are a bunch of grassy/dirt areas that you might have to walk in so wear chunky heels or sandals. Can't have any of you ruining nice shoes or breaking any ankles.
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
We are paying the WONDERFUL Sonja Peterson to capture all our moments during the ceremony so we will be an unplugged ceremony! During the reception - feel free to shoot away!
How will food and drinks be served?
Food and Drinks will be buffet style! We will be having a Taco bar and an Open Bar for guests starting around 2 PM!
What if I have a dietary restriction?
The caterer we have chosen, The Orange Rabbit, specializes in allergies' and dietary restrictions! We made sure to avoid any use a tree nuts, soy, and gluten!
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at the venue about 12:30 PM to find your seat for our ceremony. Our first group will begin walking down the aisle at 1 PM.
Is there transportation being provided between reception and hotels?
Unfortunately, you will need to hitch a ride with someone or have some sort of transportation arranged prior to the event due to Ubers and Lyfts being unable to service this area of Graham.
Will there be dancing?
OF COURSE!! Our DJ, Mina Zak, will be set up just in time for cocktail hour to give you all a look into our music world!
Will last names be changing after the wedding?
Yes! Raynie will be taking Dylan's last name near the end of the year to avoid any legal problems that may arise on their honeymoon!
