Craig and Kayla met back in early 2019. In the beginging we both had things to work our ourselfs but they eventually found their way back together. This relationship was never just about the two of them as there are four kids involved. Kayla has the two boys, Derek (9) and Bradley (7) while Craig has the two girls Kaylie (8) and Jocelyn (7). I am sure you can imagin the looks we get when we have all four kids in public and someone asks their ages. 

It took Craig a little longer to decided he wanted to get married again, let alone propose. Kayla was always fine without a second marriage but really wanted the proposal. She eventually came to terms with just being together.

In the spring of 2022 Craigs family had a cruise all planned out alreay and Kayla sort of invited herself and the boys along. I guess it was that day that Craig knew he was going to propose on some beach in Mexico.

Our first stop in Mexico was Cabo San Lucas and that is where the proposal happened. Kayla was taken by surprise that is for sure.

Two years later we will be doing the same thing! Different boat, and different stops and a wedding this time. While we both know this may not be something you can do that is fine! Craig wanted a big crazy different wedding and this is the best idea that Kayla came up with that he like. We wanted to go on another cruise anyway so we are just adding a wedding on to it.
