Our Story

We wanted to first thank you for visiting our wedding site and being a part of our special day.

David and I first met at a small cozy place called Gallant Green. (Most of you know where we are talking about.) I think it was love at first sight well for me it was (Brandie). I can remember everything about David-what he was wearing, drinking, and even the conversation that he was having with friends. I walked right up to him and asked him to dance. Let's just say I am not marrying him for his dancing abilities. We started dating December 13, 2005 and we have been together ever since. I can honestly say David is my best friend and I would be lost without him.

David proposed to me on Monday May 25, 2009 on the pier at his parents rental home. He even got down on one knee with my ring in hand. We were both so excited and nervous at the same time.

Our Wedding

Our wedding will take place at La Plata United Methodist Church located at
3 Port Tobacco Road La Plata, MD 20646 by Rev. Dr. Bruce A. Jones at 5pm in the evening.

Our Reception

Our reception will take place at the Clarion Inn located at 45 St. Patricks Drive
Waldorf, MD 20603. (Formerly known as the Holiday Inn) The reception will start at 6pm. We strongly suggest if you decide to consume any alcoholic beverages please stay at the hotel for the night.

The reception will include Dinner & Dance. The invitations will include a menu card for you to select which type of entree you would prefer.
