Our Wedding
Although we thought about having a destination wedding (i.e. running away and getting hitched somewhere exotic) we decided we wanted to share our day with those closest to us. The one place we kept coming back to was our house- why not have the wedding in our backyard?
So that's what we are doing! Simple, intimate, and comfortably chic, we'll be tying the knot on Saturday, September 26, 2009.
Attire: While this is a fairly casual event, the one rule the bride has is ABSOLUTELY NO JEANS. Khakis and dress shirts are good (no tie required). Ladies, you may want to skip the spiked heels. It’s late September so the weather could go either way. We’ll have a tent to enjoy dinner beneath, and if necessary, a bigger tent for all events
Our Reception
Nothing says Jen and Chris like a cook out!
Catering will be provided by Famous Dave's BBQ. Wine, beer, and soft drinks will be provided but if want anything harder you'll need to bring it.
Appetizers and drinks will begin at 5PM. The ceremony will begin at 5:45 followed by dinner, dancing, and lots of fun.

Because we live so close to the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Airport, you have plenty of hotel options. Here are a few about a mile from the house:

Parking: Parking in the church lot across from our house is allowed as well as aywhere along the street. Just be sure to park on the OPPOSITE side of the street from the house.
