We are planning to celebrate our wedding and honeymoon with any of our friends and family who are able to attend. The wedding will take place on April 25th, 2010 on the Carnival Splendor in Los Angeles, CA. The ship will then set sail on a seven day cruise through the Mexican Riviera, stopping in Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan, and Cabo San Lucas. We are so excited to be married to each other and excited to share the experience with our loved ones!

We plan to have a casual reception soon after returning from our wedding cruise, most likely outdoors with lots of food, love and laughter. We will be inviting all of our loved ones who were not able to make it to our wedding.

We are in the beginning planning stages for those of you who would like to attend the cruise with us. The staterooms range in price from $529 inside/no window per person through $1300+ for a suite per person + all taxes and tips. The price includes your room, all meals onboard, and many other amenities. (go to www.carnival.com to check it out) Airfare is not yet on sale from Seattle to Los Angeles or Long Beach for those dates but I estimate if you book early (as in within the next several months) you would be able to get your tickets for around $200 per person. All travelers will need a passport, must be 21 or accompanied by a parent (not necessarily in the same room.)

We wil be starting to book the group in August so we are asking for you to pay your deposits to the cruise line by August 15th so that everyone can get the price I quoted above. Also with the group package, the cruise line said that each stateroom will be getting a bottle of wine and $100 onboard credit (to use towards tips,drinks, etc.) Deposits are around $250 person depending on what type of stateroom you will be reserving.

We hope that we are giving our family and friends who are able to come enough notice on the costs and requirements for travel. We are grateful to all of our loved ones for the support you have given us, and understand fully that not everyone is able to be away from work for a whole week, among and other family and financial commitments.
