Jack and I met in June of 2007 at a biker rally of all places. We spent the night talking, I gave him my phone number and didn't really expect a phone call because I had mentioned to him that in less than three weeks, I would be moving to Nashville to go to school. He sent me a text message that night and when he got back into town, we hung out. We continued to see each other until I moved away. We kept in touch - he started working in the oil field and I started a new life in a new place. I decided that Nashville was not home, although I made some great friends, and moved back in May of 2008. I told Jack the good news in March - he quit his job in the oil field so he could spend more time with me. I moved in with my sister, Kristi, at Crown Martin Park and Jack was there to help me move in before I even got there. I got to know his family and he got to know mine. I moved in with him on August 15. We have decided that we are perfect together (we knew that before I even moved to Nashville) and want to spend the rest of our lives together. We got engaged on March 13, 2009.

Jack and I have decided to have a destination wedding. We will have a ceremony on the beach in Miami on Saturday, September 12, 2009, stay in Miami that night, and on Sunday we will leave for our seven day cruise to Cayman Islands, Cozumel, Belize, and Honduras. We are so excited!
