Emmy - At FHS, Danny was the High School junior jock and I was the quiet freshman nerd. I asked him once if he ever noticed me and he said that he saw me but I was super skinny and awkward so he wasn't interested, go figure! About a year later I got hired for a part-time position at Old Navy and surprisingly enough he was working at the fitting room dancing around the fitting room in his own little world. Danny said he definitely noticed me then but didn't say anything and two weeks later, I quit.
The summer after my sophomore year I decided to go to the lake with a few of my girlfriends and their guy friends. Low & behold Danny was a friend of friend. My immediate impression of him was that he was very quiet and down-to-earth but so mysterious. I actually thought he wasn't my type because he was so quiet! He asked me out on a date a couple days later and I agreed. Our first date was a movie at Jersey Gardens with my sister, my cousin Brianna, and him LOL. We had such a blast I agreed to go on another date with him... We didn't spend a day apart that whole summer.
Our relationship has always been completely amazing and free. We compliment each other and we knew this was it, there was never going to be anybody else that would make us feel the way we do about each other again.
Danny - Wellllllll I saw Emmy a couple of times in school and it was no big deal. I heard about her from my brother and cousin Eric that there was a banging ass female that just started working at Old Navy when I was there sooo I said that I'm gona try my best to get her. I found Em very attractive but our schedules made it hard for me to get to know her. Plus she didn't stay that long for me to try. Then that summer at the Lake, my friend White said there was going to be a bunch of single females that was meeting him there. So the first moment I notice Emmy was in the freezing water and she was with her girls. I saw you get out and my mouth dropped like WOW. I was speechless and liked her right away so I was scared to talk to her so I just swam around her. Until close to the end of the day I just went for it and started a convo walking up the stairs. Wasn't hard to talk to Em cause she was a cool ass female. So then I asked White to hook me up with her # or Myspace and he did. But I didn't know I had her as a friend already. As we talked I got to know you better and she was very different from other girls I talked to & went out with . I asked my mom for advice and she told me to go along with it and see what happens. My mom liked Emmy and had a good feeling about her being w me. I felt like she was too good for me, just because she was so sweet and caring and sooo INNOCENT. At that time I was a single guy having fun in the summer and I decided to stay and get to know her. She started to open up to me & started to flirt w me so that got me interested in her even more. We just CLICKED like our 1st date we went to go see CLICK w Bri & Ash. Once I realized Emmy was everything I was looking for I made you mines.
Emmy is the same when I first met her & the only thing that has changed from then to now is her love for me each and everyday. That's why I don't care what people say when I knew she was the one for me.
That is why I proposed to Emmy & now I am MARRYING her I LoVe YoU 4E&EB 8/21/06
~Danny & I wanted the perfect beach wedding. This is what we dreamed of and although it isn't traditional it was what we both agreed on and how we saw our vows being said to each other. Although we couldn't get our destination wedding we are so excited that we were able to at least give ourselves a compromising deal.~
We just wanted to thank our families and friends for being so supportive on what we ultimately want to do on our day, because at the end of it all these are our memories and we want to be able to cherish every single moment. Look forward to it every second!!
