Kurt and I meet in April 2005 at a local bar called Allstars. We have a mutal friend, Tony Grano, who is a professional boxer and travels all over to train. Tony was leaving for a few months to train and was meeting a bunch of friends at the bar to say goodbye. I wasnt going to go but the bar was on my way home so I figured I'd at least stop to say goodbye. As I rounded the corner to the front of the bar the first person I saw standing right in front of me was Kurt. Now I remembered who he was so I walked up to him and said, "Hi, Do you know where Tony is?" He said, "And you are?" I said, "it's Sandra", he took a few steps back, said wow i didn't reconize you. Needless to say Tony spent the whole night on his cell phone and Kurt and I spent the whole night talking. So Thank you Tony for being a chatter box!!!!!

We have decided to have a cruise wedding to honor Kurtis' mother Susan. Kurt saved to take her on a vacation in February of 2000. Unfortunately his mother became ill and passed prior to the date. We are dedicating this wonderful event to Susan J. Decker, a loving mother. We know she will be with us in spirit to share our very special day, as will Kurt's younger brother Karl.

We will be sailing aboard the Carnival Valor to the islands of the Eastern Caribbean. The wedding ceremony will be held on the beautiful Lime Tree Beach that runs along a natural cove in St Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands on Februaury 25th 2009. The cruise ship will leave from Miami on February 22nd 2009 and will go to the Bahamas, St Thomas, and St Martin and return to Miami on March 1st, 2009.

We understand it is very hard for family and friends to take a week off to go on a cruise. We will be having a reception for everyone who was unable to attend. We have not decided on a date or place but we are looking at summer time 2009! I will be sending invitations out when the plans have been finalized.
