We met on the Carnival Pride back in August of 2005. We were both with our own individual famiies and met one night. We talked for hours on end every night. Who would of know that we lived in working relationship distance. We talked the first night back off the ship and met for dinner the next night at the ESPN zone.
We went to Vegas that October where Valerie asked me (Danny) to be her Boyfriend. I said yes obvisouly. We dated for about a year when I knew I was ready to ask her to be my wife. I took her parents to where I first met there daughter off the boat with my father. We met for lunch Halloween 2006 and they said yes. I got the blessing.
Later I planned to ask her to marry me on another Carnival cruise with both of our families going to witness me ask her. It was January of 2007, when I was ready to make her my Fiance. I asked her infront of everyone the first night of dinner and she said YES!!! Crying of course.
Since then we have been planning our wedding on the Carnival Pride where we met and it all started. I must say this year has been a full 6 months. Valerie and I just moved in together into our first apartment. Valerie just finished the RN program and we are getting MARRIED! We have 89 people cruising with us on the ship and another 59 non sailors to see us get married.

Thank you to everyone for your support and love. We cannot say enought about all the support we have had. This is something huge for both families and we love you both. It has been a hetic last month to say the least but thank you all for understanding. One week and we will be Married and you all will share a week with us and your own families.
