Eric Battley and Gwendolyn Hope met in October 2005. They began to date and quickly realized that God has brought their hearts together. Eric proposed to Gwen in June 2007, on the beach in Barbados. He was handsome, tender and kneeling in 3 feet of water as waves washed up to his neck. He asked for Gwens hand in marriage and she excepted. She added tears of joy to the ocean she stood in.

The couple looks forward to their intimate wedding with family and close ones on board the Carnival Conquest. The wedding time is 1:00 pm and is located in the Cassat room. Guests are welcome to tour the ship prior to the wedding time.

The couples reception will be cherished and the Hope and Battley family unite for this special celebration of love, honor and commitment. The reception is at 1:30 pm after the wedding. It is located in the Renoir Restaurant.

Please be sure that as a guest, you are dressed and ready for the wedding upon your arrival, you are at the pier no later than 10:30 on Sunday June 1st, and that you have a valid form of identification. Acceptable forms of identification for children include birth certificates with a recent photo, or a passport.
