The short version…

Cory and Tasha first met during the summer of 1996 through a mutual friend. Immediately their friendship took off and within a few weeks Cory moved in with Tasha. Being roomies, they became extremely close to one another. Then one morning in October of 96, something happened ...they shared their first kiss. The kiss was so powerful that from that point on they became inseparable. Exactly 10 years after that powerful first kiss Cory popped the question which of course Tasha gladly accepted.




Now for the long version…

Cory and Tasha have chosen to get married aboard the Carnival Fantasy cruise ship while still in port in New Orleans on October 18, 2008. All guests are required to be at the cruise terminal for 10:30am to insure priority boarding. Late guest take a chance on missing the wedding so please be prompt. All non-sailing guest 16 years of age or older will need to bring a state issued picture ID, a state issued drivers license or a passport. All guest 15 years of age or younger must bring their birth certificates. This is a U.S. Customs rule. Any guests who fail to bring the required documents will be denied boarding, and we certainly don’t want that happening!

The reception with be short, but hopefully fun! It will last approximately 1.5 hours. We encourage you to eat all you can eat and drink all you can drink, (responsibly of course). The food is sure to be fantastic, and the drinks will certainly be plentiful. This is a family friendly reception, so be sure to bring the kiddies. There will be games and coloring books at the reception for them to enjoy.

All non-sailing guest will be escorted off the ship once the reception has ended.

We hope you enjoy our wedding as much as we know we will. It is truely an honor having all of you there.
