Bowling, Mini golf, and shooting stars. That was the theme of Morgan and Bobby's first date. They skipped the traditional dinner and a movie first date, for the same reason, you can't get to know each other if you are sitting in complete silence.

He picked her up at her apartment and off to the bowling alley they went. Morgan is horrible at bowling. It's safe to say that no bowling team would want her on their team, except for a laugh. Bobby on the other hand, is great. Throughout the time they spent bowling, they talked and laughed and were just having a great time with each other. At one point during the night they both expressed, that it felt like they were best friends and had known each other forever! They instantly clicked! Little did they know, they had lots of things in common and even worked for the same company. When they finished bowling, the night was still young!

Next on the list was mini golf! Again, they had a great time laughing and getting to know each other a little better and being silly around the course. After helping another couple with getting their keys out of a locked vehicle, they talked about where they wanted to go next, since neither one wanted the night to end. It was perfect!

To finish off this perfect night, they ended up at the beach. They got into a little bit more in depth conversation. With night time skies so clear, you could see every star and even the planets (thanks to Morgan's handy dandy night sky app). At every shooting star, they made a wish. While sitting in the sand and listening to the lapping of the waves on the beach, Bobby made a wish on that last shooting star. As he stood and helped her up, their lips met for the first time. It was soft and sweet and her legs went weak. Their wish upon that shooting star had come true.

March 23, 2014 was the day that Morgan would never forget.  It was, what Morgan thought a traditional Sunday afternoon spent at Bobby's parents’ house. On the way to Bobby's parents’ house, Morgan had brought up the topic of engagement (since it had become a common topic in the house over the recent months), what kind of wedding do we want, how many people would be invited. Little did she know, an engagement was soon to occur. After all the family arrived (moms, dads, sisters & brothers) they headed out on an adventure up the river on Bobby's parents' boat. As they  were heading back to the dock,  Bobby and Morgan headed up to the bow of the boat to sit and enjoy the wind. Rick (Bobby's step dad) pulled into a little alcove. While admiring the fish and the turtles that were basking in the sun, Bobby was preparing to ask the biggest question of his life. As Morgan turned around there he was on bended knee with a beautiful white gold diamond ring in a black box. He asked the question every girl waits to hear  from the person they love with all they are, "Will you marry me?", SHE SAID YES!

Bobby and Morgan have planned a very simple wedding to take place on July 4th, 2014 at 5pm on the river in Labelle, at his parent's home. A year ago on this date, Bobby met his "little princess", Morgan's daughter Aislynn. The short ceremony will be followed by a reception and fireworks as the night comes to a close. A perfect way to start off this couples lifelong commitment to each other.

Thank you to Mr. & Mrs. Scholl for treating Morgan and Bobby to a wonderful cruise honeymoon! Morgan has always wanted to go on a cruise! Although, this is Bobby's third cruise, this just may be his favorite of them all...
