If you are planning on attending the wedding ONLY, you will need to provide me with your full legal name, Date of Birth, and also an ID number. The ID can be a Driver's License or Passport. Kids will also need an ID. If they don't have one, please bring their Birth Certificate!

Please email me at psandler@ngccoin.com with your info as soon as possible!

If you are sailing, only your name is required by me as you will need a Passport to board anyways.

Thanks!

Paul

Jacksonville, FL 32225

Guests who had a room with Courtyard the night before can leave their cars there free of charge but will need to Taxi/Uber to the Port

Parking at the port (with free shuttle to the ship) is$15/day

Priority boarding is provided all guests!

The time to board the ships is controlled by US Customs and Immigration.  No one is allowed to board the ship until US Customs and Immigration clear the ship.

In the event the delay in boarding affects the time of the wedding, the wedding will be delayed accordingly.

We ask for all guests to be at the Pier no later than 1000 to begin the check-in process so once the ship has cleared, we will be able to priority board before all other cruising passengers.  Guests who do not arrive at the time we board will have to make their own way on the ship!

Non-Sailing Guests:  All non-sailing guests are to be completely dressed and ready for the wedding when arriving at the cruise terminal.

  • The full identification numbers are required to be typed on the visitor’s Guest List.

  • You will need to provide your state issued photo ID at the time of check in, please have it available.

  • You will leave your ID with Security in the terminal and be given a guest pass to board the ship.

Non-sailing guests are welcome to tour the ship until the ceremony time. All non-sailing guests must debark the ship immediately after the reception. When leaving the ship, you will need to redeem your ID in the ship’s terminal.

Sailing Guests:  All sailing guests should be completely dressed and ready for the wedding when arriving at the cruise terminal. Time permitting, sailing guests may have an opportunity to go to their stateroom, however, the cabin may not be ready.

  • One hand-carry-on bag (Luggage not to exceed 24”w x 16”h)will be permitted for sailing guests and must fit through the security machine.

  • Please ensure that you have everything you need for the wedding and reception, as you will not see your checked bags until after the reception.

  • Please ensure that all ticket documents have been completed prior to arrival at the pier to expedite check-in and have proper boarding documents available.

The Ceremony and Reception

All guests need to be at the Pier by 10:00 am for VIP boarding.

After boarding make sure to head to the Bar at Tiffany's Lido Restaurant on the Lido Deck (there will be a sign for Habermas/Sandler Wedding!) to get information on when and where to meet for the wedding.

Delays on the part of the wedding couple and/or the wedding guests may result in limited ceremony or reception time.  All ceremonies are performed before the ship sails and all ceremony times are approximate and can be delayed due to unforeseen events.
