|  | Thank the cubicle gods for sitting us next to one another, which made this chance meeting happen. On my first day at work, I had a cold and was trying to keep my runny nose at bay. I looked over my cubicle and saw Maurice, who was in the cubicle next to mine, and asked that he let me know if I had anything on my face. I know that strangers normally avoid such conversation, but I wanted him to to spare me the embrassment of walking around with a booger on my face. Well...I must have made quite an impression on him, because after work he walked me to my car and asked for my number! We've been making each other laugh ever since and we can't wait to share our wedding day with our family and friends. |  | Our wedding will be aboard the Carnival Imagination Cruise on January 18, 2013. Invitations will follow with more details. The ceremony will take place on the ship at the port of Miami at approximately 12:00 noon. Which means priority check-in at the Port of Miami will start at 10:00am. For those who sail with us, the celebration will continue during the 3 day cruise to the beautiful Bahamas. The reception will immediately follow the ceremony at a private lounge on the Imagination before it disembarks. ( please check the blog for any changes) Non-sailing guest will receive a day pass to board and customs will retain your id until you return for the day.
Our Reception
Our reception will be fun, fabulous & semi-formal! Please join us and celebrate our new lives as Mr. and Mrs. Rogers! There will be dining, drinks, dancing, live entertainment, and did we mention drinks?! Our wedding reception will immediately follow our ceremony. |  | We hope that you all will come sail with us. You can book your cruise directly through www.carnival.com or call . The Sail date is Friday, January 18, 2013 aboard the Carnival Imagination for a 3 day cruise to the Bahamas out of Miami returning on Monday January 21, 2013. We hope you can attend even if you do not sail, because the ceremony and reception will take place before the ship sails. We wanted to give all of our guest plenty of time to plan and felt that this wedding website would be a great tool before the invitations went out.
