 | I met Trent when I was in 8th grade at Middletown Area Middle School. I always thought he was cute, and we even "dated" for a few weeks. After a few weeks, we were supposed to meet up at a park to hang out, and I got cold feet and texted Trent saying I wasn't coming (I feel like a jerk now, trust me). To be honest, I thought Trent was way too cute for me, and I was intimidated. Flash forward approximately 10 years later, I had just gotten out of a relationship where I lost touch with old friends, so I decided to reach out to Trent. Immediately Trent was flirty and asked if I wanted to go for a ride in his beloved WRX. I asked when, and he said, "Whenever." I told him I was free that evening or not until next week. Long story short, we hungout that night and pretty much every day since. We both knew right away that our connection was undeniable and that we were meant to be. We made things "official" in September of 2019 and in November of 2019, we began house hunting. By June of 2020, we had bought our own house together and made many wonderful memories along the way. In September of 2020, after 11 months of owning my engagement ring, Trent proposed to me on our mini vacation to Rehoboth Beach. |
